Greengate is a wonderful school based in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. They are well-resourced and have excellent premises. The school also has an open-door policy that allows you to come and discuss anything you need.
Being local to ourselves, we were really pleased when they approached us to design and print their annual prospectus, as well as an accompanying school leaflet design they could hand-out.
For the prospectus, they required a 12 page, A4, full-colour brochure, that displayed all the exciting subjects and activities they teach within the curriculum at their school.
With an age range between 8 and 13, we felt the brochure would benefit from the use of large professional images throughout, that would engage the reader and show off the activities and fun they have.
Their existing branding used pastel green as the primary colour, however, we felt we needed a secondary palette of purple and yellow, that could be used to highlight important text and pull-out quotes.
In addition to the main school prospectus, we also designed and produced a supporting A5 leaflet, that was used to hand-out to parents at a previous open evening.
This leaflet needed to follow the same design and branding as the prospectus but summerise the main points in order to highlight them to the reader quickly and easily.
